NAIROBI, March 9 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Saturday.

-- Detectives investigating the multi-billion-shilling dams' scandal have trained their eyes on properties that may have been acquired from the proceeds of the 21 billion shilling fraud.
