TASHKENT, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- In the first 11 months this year, Uzbekistan exported fruits and vegetables worth 1.4 billion U.S. dollars. reported Uzbek media on Sunday, citing the country's statistics agency.
The figure marks a 30 percent rise from a year ago, said the agency. Russia ranks first among the main markets, accounting for 42.1 percent, followed by Kazakhstan and Pakistan, which accounted for 12.7 percent and 12.6 percent respectively.
Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover reached 59.4 billion dollars in the period, up by 3.6 percent year on year. ■
